Pre-launch · launches aren't open yet
Fastest to cap wins.
A Solana launchpad where every coin is a speedrun. The clock starts at launch, each market cap checkpoint is a timed split, and the fastest coins of the week share the season pot.

How it works
One clock per coin
01
Launch starts the clock
The run begins at the launch slot. No start button, no sign-up. Every coin on Splits is timed from its first block.
02
Each checkpoint is a split
50, 100, 250, 500 and 1K SOL of market cap. Hold a checkpoint for 60 seconds and the time locks. It never changes after that.
03
The fastest share the pot
30% of every trade fee goes to the season pot. Each Monday at 00:00 UTC it pays the three fastest coins on each board.
Simulator
Run it yourself
Launch a pretend coin and race the example pace. Buys push the market cap up the real curve. Reach a checkpoint, hold it for 60 seconds of run time, and the split locks. Sell too early and it doesn't.

The season pot
Five boards, one pot
A season runs from Monday to Monday, UTC. Longer runs are harder, so their boards get a larger share. A prize is paid to the coin, and shared the way its creator locked at launch.
| Board | SOL in the curve | Share of pot | 1st / 2nd / 3rd |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch to 50 SOL | ≈ 8.7 | 10% | 5% / 3% / 2% |
| Launch to 100 SOL | ≈ 24.8 | 15% | 7.5% / 4.5% / 3% |
| Launch to 250 SOL | ≈ 56.6 | 20% | 10% / 6% / 4% |
| Launch to 500 SOL | ≈ 92.5 | 25% | 12.5% / 7.5% / 5% |
| Launch to 1K SOL | ≈ 143.2 | 30% | 15% / 9% / 6% |
Where a prize goes
- Holders. 50% at least. By balance at the slot the checkpoint locked. You had to be holding through the split.
- Buy and burn. The program buys the coin on its curve and burns it.
- Creator. 30% at most.

What the program enforces
Times come from the chain
A split is a slot number written by the program, not a number from this site. Anyone can recompute a board from the trades.
A locked split is final
Nobody can edit or delete a time, including the creator and the program authority. A later dump doesn't remove it.
The prize split is locked at launch
The creator chooses how a prize is shared before the first trade. Holders get 50% of it at least, the creator 30% at most. The rest is a burn.
The dev buy is capped and public
5 SOL at most. That puts the market cap near 40.8 SOL, so a dev buy alone can't reach the first checkpoint.
What it doesn't enforce. A run can be bought by a wallet with enough SOL. The hold and the fees make that costly, not impossible. A fast time is not proof of demand. Read the limits.

FAQ
Before you ask
Can I launch a coin today?
No. The Splits program is not deployed. You can fill in the launch form and it is saved in your browser, but the last button sends nothing.
Are the times on this site real?
No. There are no live coins yet. The boards show six example coins whose trades are simulated. They are labelled as examples everywhere.
What is a slot?
Solana's own clock: one block slot, about 0.4 seconds. Runs are counted in slots and shown as time at 400 ms per slot.
What if the market cap falls after a split?
The split stays. It records how fast the coin got there, not where it is now. That is also why a fast time says nothing about the price tomorrow.
Can a coin win on several boards?
Yes. Each checkpoint has its own board, and a coin is ranked on every checkpoint it locked during the season it launched in.
What if no coin locks a checkpoint?
That board's share of the pot isn't paid. It rolls over to the next season. The same goes for an empty podium place.
Can someone buy a record?
Yes, and you should know it. A wallet with enough SOL can push its own coin through a checkpoint. It pays the 1% fee on the way in and out, part of which feeds the pot it is trying to win, and it has to hold through the 60 seconds while anyone can sell into it. That makes it costly, not impossible. The docs cover this in detail.
